Mr Clement Abitbol swore on the bar in 2009. He started his career at the Parisian Bar working for Pierre Haik and Jacqueline Laffont’s firm, both well-known. He had the opportunity to develop criminal and corporate criminal expertise, along with public affaires and press.
Graduated from Sciences Po (Political Science), he then went on to study a Master’s degree in Business Law (in France) along with a Master’s degree in European Political Economy (in UK). Clement Abitbol is completely bilingual and has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in international criminal law, particularly in international warrent for arrest and customs.
In 2014 Clement Abitbol founded his own firm, counselling and defending a vast array of clients, from private individuals to executive senior managers of large companies both in France and abroad. With meticulous attention to detail in preparation for every case, Clement Abitbol defends the interests of each and every client to the best of his ability. He appears in courts all over France on a daily basis, constantly gaining extensive experience and maintaining valuable relationships with all key players in court.
